This study aims to explain and analyze the methodology of comparative interpretation of human sciences concepts in the Holy Qur'an. Considering the epistemological and conceptual challenges in contemporary human sciences, and the lack of coherence in the definition of fundamental human concepts, this research adopts a Qur’an-based approach to reinterpret and extract key human sciences concepts through a comparative interpretive framework. Employing a descriptive-analytical method, the study investigates the operational stages including concept selection, examination of classical and contemporary Qur'anic commentaries, extraction of Qur'anic meanings, and conceptual analysis. The research highlights the positive implications of this approach in reconstructing human sciences on divine and theocentric foundations. Additionally, it addresses the potential risks of interpretive deviation, theory imposition, and ideological bias. The findings suggest that, if grounded in sound epistemological and hermeneutical principles, comparative interpretation can contribute to the development of authentic concepts, the renewal of human sciences based on Qur'anic teachings, and the deepening of the interface between the Qur'an and contemporary humanities.
